As we begin to say goodbye to Summer give yourself time to embrace the new incoming season, a nourishing hour to relax and let go.

As you rest allowing the sounds to wash over you, from Gongs, Singing bowls, Koshi chimes and various drums, you leave feeling ready for summer.
