SAM2 Traffic Analysis

SAM 2 stands for Speed Awareness Message. The unit is positioned around town where there are areas of concern regarding speeding vehicles. The unit shows a warning to ‘slow down’ if drivers are exceeding the limit. This helps to promote speed awareness.

The data collected from the units by the Town council is reviewed and passed to the local policing constabulary.
