Our Healthy Town initiative is designed to help residents of the town and surrounding villages to more easily access the services and support they need to live long, healthy lives.

This is being supported by the local GP surgeries, district council, local charities and businesses involved in the provision of healthcare and allied services.

Our inaugural free event at the Town Hall was well attended and many found this an excellent way to access information in one place, and to be able to meet the people who are delivering these services locally.

Our next Healthy Town event is due to take place on Tuesday 21st April 2026, 10am-1pm, in the Town Hall, Market Place, Aylsham, NR11 6EL.

There will be help and support on:

  • Improving physical and mental health

  • Caring for a loved one

  • Fitness and wellbeing

  • Meeting new people

There is no entry fee, just pop in and see what's on offer. We even have a café with free refreshments available.

If you are interested in attending this or future events as a healthcare, group or service provider please contact kaymontandon@aylsham-tc.gov.uk
