Relaxing gong session

You are warmly invited to join a healing hour, allowing the sounds to wash over you, leaving you feeling refreshed, and peaceful.

Gongs, tubes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes and various drums are used in this meditation.
